Apples are carefully selected from Normandy orchards to ensure the quality of the apple juice used. CO2 is first added to the juice to make it sparkling and is then bottled which gives this drink a unique taste.

This sparkling organic apple juice is made from 5 varieties of the finest organic apples from Normandy, mainly bittersweet (Bedan, Doux Normandie, Frequin, Douce Moën, Douce Coët Ligné, etc.).

Our organic apple juice - Le Pétillant is an artisanal product made from organic apples grown in a unique terroir located near the forest massifs. This proximity to the forests gives the apples a characteristic acidity which is softened by the sweetness of the silty-clayey plain.

We use exclusively organic apples, mainly bittersweet, such as Bedan, Doux Normandie, Frequin, Douce Moën and Douce Coët Ligné. These specific apple varieties are carefully selected for their taste, texture and sugar content to guarantee a premium quality apple juice.

This organic apple juice - Le Pétillant is a pure natural juice product, without added sugar or preservatives, has been made with the aim of respecting the nature of the fruit as much as possible. Only a racking after a cold static decantation was used to clarify the juice. We then carbonate it to make this sparkling fruity juice. A slight veil may appear because the choice was made not to impoverish the product too much by filtration or fining. A deposit can therefore naturally form at the bottom of the bottle and does not in any way present a defect.
